POCT: Point of Care Testing

POCT tests are laboratory tests that can be performed immediately on-site at the point of care (such as a clinic, medical office, emergency room, or even an ambulance). The necessary tools for providing healthcare at the point of care are POCT devices.

The iChroma II is a semi-automatic portable fluorescence reader device manufactured by Boditech Med Inc. It is capable of determining the concentration of analytes in human blood, urine, and other samples using various iChroma immunological tests, provided that the appropriate procedure is followed. It can be used for detecting 51 different test types. It offers rapid, accurate, and easy-to-use features, and it is compact and portable.

Test #1

ichroma™ HbA1c : The iChroma™ HbA1c is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) method for the quantitative determination of HbA1c (Hemoglobin A1c) in human whole blood samples. It provides valuable assistance in monitoring and managing the long-term glycemic status of patients with diabetes mellitus. It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only.

Test #2

ichroma™ hsCRP : The iChroma™ hsCRP is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) method for the quantitative determination of CRP in human whole blood, serum, or plasma samples. It provides valuable assistance in monitoring risk factors for cardiovascular diseases and in the management of the disease itself. It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only.

Test #3

ichroma™ D-Dimer : The iChroma™ D-dimer is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) method for the quantitative determination of D-dimer in human whole blood or plasma samples. It is useful in monitoring and managing post-therapy evaluations of thromboembolic patients. It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only.

Test #4

ichroma™ Ifob Neo : The iChroma™ iFOB Neo is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) for the quantitative determination of hemoglobin in human stool samples. It provides valuable assistance in monitoring and managing colorectal cancer (iFOB). It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only.

Test #5

ichroma™ Microalbumin : The iChroma™ Microalbumin is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) method for the quantitative determination of microalbumin in human urine samples. It provides valuable assistance in monitoring risk factors for kidney damage resulting from diabetes and in the management of the disease itself. It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only.

Test #6

ichroma™ PSA : The iChroma™ PSA is a fluorescence immunoassay (FIA) that enables the quantitative determination of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) in human whole blood, serum, or plasma samples. It provides valuable assistance in screening and managing prostate cancer or other prostate abnormalities. It is intended for in vitro diagnostic use only.
